Empowering You to Move Better, Live Stronger
Passionate Care from an Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Hi, I’m Kaitlyn, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist for Revisit Health with extensive experience in private clinics, community and hospital settings. I’m passionate about getting patients moving well, feeling strong and staying active doing what they love.
When I’m not working, I’m embarking on adventures with my husband and two children.
I am passionate about working alongside patients to keep them engaged in their communities and doing what gives their lives purpose and meaning. Whether it be returning to sport, staying mobile and reducing your risk of falls, getting advice and an action plan for a stage of life, or just general health and fitness.
I’m eager and excited to work with you, providing evidence-based guidance and support, to help you discover the best version of you.

What is an exercise physiologist?
Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are university-qualified allied health professionals who specialise in designing and delivering safe and effective exercise interventions for people with chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.
Services delivered by an AEP are also claimable under compensable schemes such as Medicare and covered by most private health insurers. When it comes to the prescription of exercise, we are the most qualified professionals in Australia.
How is an Exercise Physiologist different from a Personal Trainer?
While personal trainers focus on fitness and performance, Exercise Physiologists have extensive training in clinical exercise prescription. They are qualified to work with people with chronic health conditions, injuries, disabilities and complex needs, as well as those looking to improve general health.
Do I need a referral to see an Exercise Physiologist?
No referral is required for private appointments. However, if you’re eligible for Medicare, DVA, or NDIS-funded services, you may need a referral from your GP or healthcare provider.
What conditions can an Exercise Physiologist help with?
Exercise Physiologists can assist with a wide range of conditions, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, obesity, mental health conditions, neurological conditions and musculoskeletal injuries.
Can you help with injury recovery or post-surgery rehab?
Yes. We design structured, progressive rehabilitation programs that support recovery, rebuild strength and help you return to daily activities safely and confidently.
Do you work with children and young adults?
Absolutely. We run tailored programs for paediatrics and young adults, focusing on developing strength, coordination, confidence and lifelong healthy habits.
Is Exercise Physiology covered by Medicare, NDIS, or private health insurance?
Yes. Many clients may be eligible for rebates through Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, or private health insurance. We are also a registered NDIS provider. Coverage will depend on your individual circumstances—our team can guide you through your options.
